From Sketch to Painting
Sketches In My Creative Process
Over the years, whether on a 14 hour flight to China or some quiet time at an art show, I have sketched constantly.
Finding all these sketches I have them scanned and using technology Colour is added. They are then printed professionally printed and hand enhanced by me.
My interest is also to understand how different colours can affect a viewers "feel" of a painting. Technology enables me to change the colours of a painting.
In the painting OPUS 108 above I have manipulated the original sketch to achieve my design.
In the painting OPUS 89 below, I have manipulated the original sketch to convey the meaning of my quote.
